Her tenure at FedEx Office was marked by her ability to oversee a diverse team across various locations, including at the high-profile Capital One HQ in Tyson’s Virginia. Jessica’s leadership was instrumental in managing one of FedEx Office’s largest revenue accounts, further showcasing her ability to drive significant business results.

She has a proven track record of enhancing the customer experience and has played a critical role in onboarding and developing new talent.
