Charles “Chip” Brown

Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Chip Brown has over 32 years of combined experience within the Federal and State Government.  A career aviator, Chip has served in numerous command positions within the United States Air Force including commanding the 19^th Airlift Wing and Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.  He has held key leadership roles within both Joint and Air Force Staffs and culminated his career in the intelligence field as the Senior Defense Official, US Embassy, Israel.

General Brown is the Vice President of Global Affairs for CDI Contractors, LLC.  He has unique experience and an ability to lead both Organizational Change and develop the leaders that will run those organizations.  General Brown previously served as the Director of Military Affairs for the state of Arkansas focusing on the state’s five military missions and the recruitment of Defense Industrial partners to the state.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, a Master’s in Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College, and was a Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s, JFK School of Government.

Brig Gen (Ret.) Brown has served in numerous combat operations with nearly 350 combat hours in various aircraft.  He is the recipient of the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, as well as United States Air Force Air Medals and Aerial Achievement Medals.  He is a Paul Harris Fellow for the Little Rock Rotary Club and resides with his wife Kathryn and children in West Little Rock.
