Benjamin Millspaugh is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience directing and coordinating program issues for both the Department of Defense (DoD) and private sector clients. Ben specializes in translating the operational needs of the defense and intelligence community into actionable strategies for industry partners. He possesses a deep technical understanding of mission-critical areas, including science and technology, intelligence analysis, as well as electromagnetic spectrum and cyber operations.

As Director of Special Programs, Ben is responsible for strategic community engagement and the execution of Profit and Loss centers for Special Operations Forces, the Intelligence Community, and Federal Law Enforcement programs. He leads cross-functional teams in designing, building, testing, and delivering rapid prototype systems tailored to meet operational requirements.

Throughout his career, Ben has demonstrated his ability to create technical and strategic engagement roadmaps that align with the evolving needs of the defense and intelligence community. From managing multi-million-dollar budgets to overseeing complex subcontractor relationships, he ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical specifications and contract requirements.

With extensive experience in RDT&E operations, EW, SATCOM, and cyber operations, Ben brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational understanding to his consulting work. His background as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the US Air Force and Space Force further enhances his ability to bridge the gap between government agencies and industry partners.
