Sydney Melton

Sydney is a Legislative Assistant at The Roosevelt Group, where she bridges policy and operations by analyzing USG developments, tracking defense authorization and appropriation cycles, and assisting firm operations, NISPOM compliance, and client engagement. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Sydney gained valuable legislative experience as an intern in the U.S. Senate and held prominent leadership roles on campus. She graduated with honors from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.
