Former New York State Adjutant General Thomas P. Maguire Joins The Roosevelt Group

Major General (Ret.) Thomas P. Maguire joins The Roosevelt Group as senior advisor. General Maguire was the senior military official in New York State on September 11, 2001 and guided the New York National Guard response to the attacks.
