Anthony Hale

Strategic Global Operations and Risk Leader Anthony “Tony” Hale brings 30+ years of experience leading complex organizations across global operations, intelligence, enterprise risk, and large-scale workforce transformation in highly regulated environments.

Tony began his leadership journey in the U.S. Army, where he rose through progressively senior executive roles overseeing intelligence, security, and decision support functions for organizations supporting 800K+ personnel across active duty, reserve, guard, and civilian components.

As a senior executive and trusted advisor, Tony has exercised fiduciary oversight of $2.9B in national and military intelligence resources, governing complex portfolios of programs, infrastructure, and advanced technology initiatives. He spearheaded the largest modernization of the intelligence enterprise in more than four decades, integrating secure communications, advanced data platforms, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models to enhance decision speed, situational awareness, and strategic risk management.

Throughout his career, Tony has partnered closely with executive leaders, multinational allies, and interagency stakeholders across NATO, Five Eyes, and 18 Intelligence Community organizations. His work strengthened interoperability, reduced redundancy, and accelerated the delivery of mission critical capabilities in high risk, high uncertainty operating environments.

Tony is recognized for his sound judgment, composure in crisis, and ability to synthesize intelligence, policy, and strategy into clear executive level decision support. He holds advanced degrees in national security and strategic studies, is a National Security Fellow, and maintains an active TS SCI security clearance.
