The Roosevelt Group has been selected to represent MassDevelopment on matters involving the Commonwealth’s military installations and missions. Massachusetts is home to six military bases – Hanscom Air Force Base , Westover Air Reserve Base, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Fort Devens, the U.S. Army’s Natick Soldier Systems Center, and the joint base Massachusetts Military Reservation on Cape Cod.
