The Roosevelt Group Internship Program is accepting applications for Summer 2025!

The Roosevelt Group is a bipartisan organization offering its skills and expertise in advocacy, consulting, business development, and strategic communications to clients in the defense, security, and intelligence sectors. With hundreds of years of combined political and military experience, and armed with a commitment to working hard at work worth doing, TRG drives client initiatives from the early planning phases through to successful accomplishments. We help clients achieve their business, legislative, and policy goals through a collaborative, hands-on approach to government relations.

Interns can expect to:

• Watch and summarize Congressional hearings related to pertinent topics
• Learn more about defense-related policy issues and regulations
• Conduct analyzation on defense related bills (NDAA and Defense Appropriations)
• Conduct research as assigned by staff

Candidates should:

• Possess strong writing and researching skills
• Have understanding or interest in the defense industry
• Have strong organization skills and are able to balance multiple assignments at once

Internships are provided a monthly stipend and are in-person. Interested applicants should send a resume, writing sample (under 3 pages), and a one-pager detailing their interest in the defense industry/national security, and what they hope to gain from an internship with us.
