Gray Bridwell

Gray Bridwell is a nationally recognized defense-community advocate with nearly three decades of experience supporting Dyess Air Force Base and building partnerships among military installations, government leaders, businesses, and local communities. He brings clients extensive knowledge of the National Defense Authorization Act process, federal and state grant programs, military priorities, and community support requirements.

Throughout his career, Gray has helped secure significant funding for infrastructure, force protection, communications, education, land-use compatibility, and quality-of-life initiatives supporting Air Force personnel and their families. His work has included advancing multimillion-dollar grants, negotiating cost-saving agreements, and coordinating with federal, state, and local stakeholders to protect and strengthen military missions.

Gray has served as an Air Mobility Command civic leader, Global Strike Command civic leader advisor, and honorary commander supporting the 7th Bomb Wing. He also brings decades of private-sector leadership in construction, project management, operations, and financial oversight.
